Welcome to Cedar scratch kitchen.  We source as many local and regional ingredients as possible to deliver fresh, high quality comfort food and craft cocktails made from scratch.  We don’t own a microwave or a freezer.  Everything we do is designed to give you a unique dining experience that you can’t get anywhere but Cedar.

Our mission statement is simple:  We serve 1 hour vacations to our guests.  When you come to Cedar we want you to unplug, relax, be served and escape - - even if it’s just for an hour.

The Faeth family purchased this historic building in June 2019, realizing that it was one of the last hidden gems in The MainStrasse Village.  Extensive renovations lasted for a year.  We’ve put much care and attention to detail into this historic building to ensure that you have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
